The use of target market research

The use of target market research

A target market refers to a group of potential customers to whom a company wants to sell its products and services. This group also includes specific customers to whom a company directs its marketing efforts. A target market is one part of the total market for a good or service.

Consumers who make up a target market share similar characteristics including buying geography, buying power, demographics, and incomes."

The buyers personas have a wide rage of demographics and psychographics. Some are not good with technology, this will help me understand making the game in a way that's easy to use,  some end users have limited time  to play, I will  look at gaming  time and help to make it a pick up put down game, if someone wants put hours into the game they can, but if someone only plays sometimes, then it will feel they can casually play. these personas gives me a good idea of the path I will go down with game design and marketing it. But what I Can do to enforce these personas is on street market research ask the public questions and get good solid ideas of personas out there and not the stereotypes that are about, ask times move on public personas can change.

If I fail to properly identify my target market, then none of my marketing will work, period. Not my ads, not my content, not my website, not my social media, nothing. It'll all just fail miserably
